Sean Bowden
Sean has practiced law in the Northern Territory since 1995 and advised a wide range of clients including Indigenous councils and associations, mining companies and a variety of business interests. A large volume of his work relates to corporate or commercial issues, including establishment of corporate structures, corporate governance and training, taxation and related issues, compliance issues, audit issues, business development and risk management. Sean has been actively involved with a number of major Australian projects including the Jabiluka and Ranger Uranium projects, the Chevron Gas Pipeline in Queensland, the Larapinta Indigenous Land Use Agreement in Alice Springs, the South Blackwater and Togara North Coal Mine projects in Queensland, the Wadeye to Gove Gas Pipeline, as well as being a lead negotiator in a number of oil and gas projects in south west Queensland. |

Dominic McCormack
Dominic is in the unique position of being a legal practitioner and an accredited interpreter in an Indigenous language. His practice consists predominantly of assisting clients with their commercial and property law matters, and providing interpreting, training and cross-cultural awareness services. |
